Dan Manginelli is the Founder of Manginelli Group, an executive sales coach, national speaker, author and host of the W.T.F. – Where’s The Focus podcast.
With more than 35 years in the mortgage industry, Dan has built his career as a loan officer, branch manager, regional leader, mortgage company owner and sales executive. That experience gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to increase production, build relationships, lead teams and create sustainable growth.
Today, Dan coaches loan officers, sales leaders and mortgage companies on the systems, behaviors and accountability required to consistently perform at a higher level.
Dan also serves as a Sales Coaching Executive at Rate, where he leads and supports sales coaching initiatives across the organization.
